Maria is an administrative associate at Vantage Financial Partners Limited. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the firm as well as welcoming clients and guests when they visit or call the office Maria processes client contracts, submits and tracks materials requiring compliance approval, maintains the firm's electronic filing and database systems and the office equipment and supplies. She also distributes internal and external communications and administrates client events.
Maria joined the firm in 2009, after spending nine years supporting two senior level vice presidents at a company that financed and managed residential home building projects. In that capacity, she made travel arrangements, honed her report writing/creation skills, notarized time sensitive documents, and provided general office services, among other duties.
Maria's professional strengths include her knowledge of technology, software, attention to details, and interpersonal relationship skills. She has successfully completed several internal customer service training sessions and workshops conducted by a former employer.
Maria is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English. She is an active member of her church and has helped adults from other countries learn to read English through a program at her local public library. Additionally, she enjoys providing spiritually uplifting messages to the confined and infirm.
