I really like being organized! Being organized allows me to be productive and efficient no matter the task at hand. With six grandchildren and two daughters with busy families, keeping my life organized allows me to be available to spend time with these precious blessings. Organization helps me stay on top of things, so I can be ready when I am needed.
As a Client Service Specialist, I support our team and you, our client, in the same way. Often times, the paperwork required to open and maintain accounts can be confusing. The forms and disclosures can be quite overwhelming. I help facilitate complex processes by providing you with an organized packet of documents so that your accounts are opened quickly and properly. I direct incoming phone calls, establish new accounts, and handle account servicing and cashiering requests. It's my goal to make your experience as easy and seamless as possible.
Away from the office, I enjoy scripture reading and bible studies. I have six wonderful grandchildren, Zoe, Levi, Luke, Rebecca, Julia Grace and Samuel. You can often find me hanging out with the grandchildren and playing boards games--Scrabble and Checkers are favorites! A natural green thumb, I lovingly care for numerous plants at home, at my daughter's home and at the Vantage office.
