I love a good challenge! It can make me feel alive or can serve to reset my humility to where it probably should be. Challenges often reset perspective, grow faith and strengthen resolve. They can also serve to unnerve or unsettle me when one hits unexpectedly. That is why a passion of mine is to come alongside those who are facing a life altering challenge. Helping others to overcome and to excel beyond what they ever thought they could is something I do well and something that brings me great joy. Too many people accept 'good enough' in a life that offers abounding possibility.

It is this passion which drives my efforts at Vantage. My focus is affecting efficiency and excellence in everything we do. Ensuring our management team is supported and empowered for success is my highest priority. I help challenge our team to think outside the "norm" and seek out the very best solution. I encourage all team members to identify and respect our limits, support strategic initiatives toward corporate goals and business development so that we can empower you, our client, and help you succeed.

I was born and live in Hoffman Estates. I enjoy entertaining and frequent visits with my family, especially with my sweet granddaughter born in 2021. I keep busy training my dog Kit, hiking, fishing, and enjoy photography, cooking, crafting, and crocheting.

I attend Olive Tree Congregation and give back generously by serving on the hospitality, women's ministry, global outreach, and pastoral transition teams.
