Life, I have found, is filled with challenges. They come in all shapes and sizes and are sometimes anticipated, and other times come as a complete surprise. Perseverance is what helps me face these challenges and what gets me through. I am known for saying "get 'er done" which is my way of saying "persevere – you can do this!" Perseverance by definition is a "continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure, or opposition." It is by perseverance and faith I have been able to overcome and succeed in areas most important to me: faith, family, friends, Vantage.

Our team at Vantage is made up of great people who have individual strengths and skills that, when combined, yield superior service and the highest quality advice for you, our client. As we work together to bring you cutting-edge solutions for your financial concerns, we do so through a commitment of trust and service. For over 35 years, perseverance and a long-term focus has helped me lead our team through the challenges of building a business through many government, economic, market and regulatory cycles. My role at Vantage has evolved as our company has grown to serve clients across the globe – yet I enjoy working alongside clients the most. It's my life's work. Passing on my experience and wisdom to our team members and helping clients overcome their financial challenges remains my goal.

Outside of the office, I am a sports enthusiast, and my passion is playing golf. I enjoy supporting my wife, Debbie, in her philanthropic endeavors. We have two children, Kyle and Grace, and a family dog, Beau.
