Sanad Twal

I chose the word interconnected because it reflects the way I see myself and the way I try to move through the world. My name, Sanad, means "support" in Arabic, and that meaning still remains important to me. Over time, I have come to understand support not as something separate or one-directional, but as part of a larger connection between people. To me, being interconnected means recognizing that the relationships, responsibilities, and opportunities in my life all influence one another, and that the way I show up for others can make a meaningful difference.

This mindset was shaped by how I was raised and has become a source of purpose and pride for me. I find meaning in building strong relationships, helping others succeed, and contributing to something greater than myself. Whether I am offering encouragement, taking initiative, or being someone others can count on, I try to remember that every effort has a ripple effect. At Vantage, my goal is to bring that same sense of connection, reliability, care, and commitment to the team. I want to contribute in a way that strengthens the people around me, supports the work we do together, and reflects the values I try to live by every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing the piano, traveling, going to the gym, and playing video games. These interests also remind me of interconnectedness in different ways, through creativity, discipline, exploration, and the communities built around shared experience.
